The ground-breaking Hyvolution exhibition is now the world’s leading hydrogen event and meeting place for key international business and political players. Convinced that the development of hydrogen hinges on the development of its uses, Hyvolution is making cross-disciplinary solutions the cornerstone of its offer. Low-carbon hydrogen is emerging as one of the most promising solutions for meeting the challenges of climate change and the energy transition. In this dynamic context, political and economic players – both national and international – need to work together to share their projects and research, thus driving the development of fruitful partnerships that will boost the industry. At the event, the Hungarian Hydrogen Technology Association conducted important negotiations on behalf of the member companies and participated in the general meeting of the GHIAA (Global Hydrogen Association), where a new president was elected. The number of Hungarian winning companies eligible for IPCEI-based support was 0, but the number of V4 winning companies was also only 3, which is 5% of the winners.In December 2023, at the last V4 hydrogen technology consultation in Prague, the Hungarian Hydrogen Technology Association initiated the launch of a new hydrogen technology tender (wave) and the cooperation of the V4 countries in this direction.
