Hydrogen Dialogue 2023

The 4th Hydrogen Dialog – conference and hydrogen technology exhibition brought together German and international decision-makers, experts and companies at the forefront of hydrogen technology development December 6-8, 2023. between in Nuremberg. Thanks to the participation of the Consulate General in Munich, KKM, ÉM, the Hungarian Hydrogen Technology Association (MHTSZ) and the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK), Hungary was represented in a special program at the event.

Oxyma Systems Kft., Kontakt-Elektro Kft., the MFGT aquamarine project, Mahart and MÁV are at the stand of the Hungarian Hydrogen Technology Association. represented himself, but representatives of the MOL group and MVM Zrt. were also among the traveling companies. This year, the organization of the fair was made more difficult by the fact that Bavaria had to face the heaviest snowfall in recent years, as a result of which many events and flights were cancelled. Despite all this, the fair and conference were held in an area three times larger, to which the Hungarian Hydrogen Technology Association again traveled with a hydrogen-powered Toyota MIRAI, provided by Magyar Földgáztáróló Zrt.
More than 1,500 participants, representatives of more than 30 nations and 48 exhibitors visited the trade fair and conference. The organizers (Nürnberg Messe GmbH and H2.B) aim to make the Hydrogen Dialog one of the central events of the global hydrogen industry. During the two days of the conference, the participants could hear many interesting presentations.

At the invitation of the Bavarian hydrogen association, Zentrum Wassertsoff.Bayern (H2.B), Viktor Horváth, the deputy state secretary responsible for energy transition, participated in the „The role of H2 in the transformation of industry and the diversification of energy supply in Eastern Europe” on December 7. at a panel discussion and consulted with representatives of several large Bavarian companies (BMW Group, Schaeffler AG, MR Plan Group).
Domestic participation was helped by the fact that the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce also contributed to the acquisition of Hungarian companies and the organization of special professional programs. The Chamber, in cooperation with the Consulate General in Munich, offered a special workshop for the companies, and Bayern International organized special company visits for the companies on December 8.
At the Hydrogen Dialogue 2023 conference and exhibition, representing the Hungarian Hydrogen Technology Association, István Lepsényi, the President of the Association, Csaba Vigassy, the Executive Director of the Association, and Attila Lakatos, the Association’s Communications Manager, participated and discussed at the partner meetings held during the event.
