The Clean Hydrogen Partnership announced its current call for tenders on March 1, 2022, with two submission deadlines: May 31, 2022 and September 20, 2022. In 2022, the partnership will allocate 300 million euros to support projects that boost renewable hydrogen production, reduce its costs, develop its storage and distribution solutions, and encourage the use of low-carbon hydrogen. The call for proposals also encourages the development of “hydrogen valleys” across Europe – complex projects that cover the entire hydrogen value chain in a given region and create interconnected hydrogen ecosystems across Europe.
